The BackerKit Surveys Are Ready To Go!

Good morning my Wolf Pack!
Great news, BackerKit has already approved the fulfillment survey! Before I can send surveys to everyone, BackerKit requires me to send a Smoke Test to a random 5% of backers across all pledge levels. Some of you will receive the email with a special link to your BackerKit survey, and the rest of you will get yours this evening. Remember to check your spam/junk boxes once this morning and once this evening if you don't see the email in your Inbox. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before I close the surveys and get the final counts after August 15th.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://night-wolf-1-4.backerkit.com/.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://night-wolf-1-4.backerkit.com/faq.

The Funds From Kickstarter Are Pending!

Good afternoon my Wolf Pack!
The funds from Kickstarter are pending in my bank account! Which is really good because while I've been waiting for the funds to come in I've been ordering the rewards, so my credit card bill has been piling up! Unfortunately, it looks like it fell below the $11K threshold due to some backer payments erroring out. However, because you all are awesome, and I'm so very thankful for you being a part of my pack, I am still sending you the $11K and $12K stretch goal rewards anyway!
The printer proofs have been approved and the presses are rolling. I talked to my printer, Rich over at Comic Impressions, and he said that the comics should be in the mail by next week sometime! Which lead me to the fulfillment side of things.
BackerKit will be reviewing the Backer Fulfillment Surveys within the next few days. Pending their approval, I will hopefully begin to send out the surveys sometime early next week, so be on the lookout! These surveys are extremely important for helping me with fulfillment, and making sure your pledge rewards get to you in a timely manner. To meet the September delivery deadline, I will need you to answer the questionnaire by August 15th, so please fill out your survey as soon as possible. I've noticed that BackerKit emails often get flagged by spam filters as junk, so check your junk/spam boxes often once I send out the official release update.
Some of you have asked about add-ons during the campaign. The surveys will take you through the Night Wolf BackerKit pre-order store, which is now officially open. Here you can add-on individual items from the campaign, new items, and some that were a part of that last campaign - additional copies, variant covers, pins, stickers, apparel, etc. If you already added extra money to your pledge for an add-on, like the LEGO Mini-Figure, it will show as a credit to your cart. In the add-on section you will be able to add the item to your cart at no additional cost. If you have any questions about how it all works, feel free to reach out.

Print Files Are Off To the Printers!

Good afternoon my Wolf Pack! I hope you are having a great Monday!
Here is a little update for you while we wait for Kickstarter to send the funds. This past Friday I sent the print files off to the printer. Today they have confirmed that the files have been received and should be sending out proofs this week!
Also, I'm super excited to share this with you! Night Wolf Issue 4 got a 9 out of 10 in a great review by Michael Eakins from Comicwatch! “Lone Wolf Comics has struck creative gold with Night Wolf...Robert Multari, Carlos Herrera, and Gat Melvyn make a great team that makes great comics that you should be reading.” You can read the full review here!

Good evening my Wolf Pack!
Thank you again for joining the Wolf Pack and helping me to make this an awesome campaign! I am so very thankful that you are taking this creative journey with me! As I said in my last update, there is still more Night Wolf stories to tell, and you helped to make that happen! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
What are the next steps? A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so I have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks). Kickstarter has notified me that some of the payments were declined. If funds fall behind the unlocked stretch goal thresholds, I won't be able to place the order for them. So please double check your payment method in your Kickstarter account so that we can keep the last few unlocked stretch goal rewards.
Second, I have to find out your reward information and where we need to ship them. I’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
I’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey helps me get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us to save a lot of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing me with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
